Hold the ROX of your choice and think of your intention. Keep your intention in your awareness and trust that your ROX is absorbing your energy and frequency.  Your crystal is now “charged” with your intention. For meditating: place your INTENTION ROX around you and allow the crystal’s frequency influences the energy of the room to ground your mind.
